警視庁によると押尾容疑者は亡くなった女性と一緒に部屋にいたが、女性に異変を感じたためマネジャーを呼び、その後部屋から立ち去っていた。麻布署によると部屋は押尾容疑者名義ではなく、１１９番通報したのも、押尾容疑者とは別の男性だったという。
